  Everything I've tried had been pretty amazing. Except maybe the chicken noodle. Nothing special there. But the bread is fresh and tasty. The meats are tender and flavorful. The salads are plentiful and the chili is on point. Needs a lil salt and pepper but I like everything heavily spiced. Either way you can't go wrong with Potbelly's.

  I had the chicken breast, cheddar, bacon, lettuce and tomato on the flatbread. I thought that it was a bit dry. However, I liked that the chicken breast was all-natural and not the processed meat that I find in other deli sandwich shops. Maybe it could have used a little more mayo or some other sauce to make it more juicy. I thought that it was a bit lacking in flavor. Perhaps it is because this is a healthier sandwich than can be found in other places that have a lot of added flavors and preservatives. I did find that the lettuce and tomato seemed fresher than at other restaurants I have been to.
  
  When I went, there weren't that many people there at the time. This was likely because it was an off-day for the local school in the area. Otherwise, I would expect the place to be very busy. I liked that the restaurant was fairly quiet because usually when restaurants are crowded, it is harder to move around inside the restaurant. I thought that the restaurant looked clean and the employees were generally friendly. If they still have the chicken tomato mozzarella by the time I go back, I'd like to try that one out instead.

  I've been missing out! We came here after going to the gym down the street and it was so good! There are so many options, for such great prices.
  
  I tried half a sandwich and the Mac and cheese, it was the perfect amount of food. Although the Mac and cheese was extremely hot, it was delicious. I love the decorations and how friendly the staff is.
  
  The wait in line is a bit long, they say you wait a total of 8 minutes after ordering. Everything on the menu sounds great, and I love that you can earn rewards from ordering online or scanning an app in store. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

  Delicious sandwiches. Very friendly workers.
  Every time I go into this place, I am greeted with a happy face. The service is fast (as expected for a sandwich place). The last time I visited, I got a Mediterranean flat and of course the food did not disappoint again.
  My co-workers and I get to have lunch here quite often and we are always leaving satisfied.
  Tip: carpool! The parking lot is small and it is shared with Starbucks (another one of my favs).

  Great Sandwich joint, unbeatable prices great flavors this is perfect place to grab lunch at without breaking the bank wish they had banana peppers but great sandwich nonetheless.
